He and his team made the entire pool-building process seamless and stress-free. From the very beginning Charlie was personally involved-from design to final details, he was hands-on, informative, and incredibly supportive. He walked us through every step of the process; helping us choose finishes and understanding pool operations. Charlie was always on site making sure we felt informed and confident. He introduced us to the crew that was working that day and what they were purposed to accomplish. I trusted the people working because we trusted Charlie. He took the time to teach us how to run the pool, manage chemicals, and use the pool app. He is always available for questions and troubleshooting. During a challenging time for our family, Charlie went above and beyond by personally stepping in and helping with pool care allowing us one less thing to worry about. Charlie with Silver Oak Pools installed a beautiful pool and deck at my home. He was present through the design and install process. His expertise was proven right off the bat during excavation where he began encountering water seepage. Because of his deft planning he was able to handle the water intrusion with ease. Additionally, he provided me with the ability to extract water from around my pool by installing an oversized well point. Which was an expert touch and wasn’t initially in the design. He did it because it was the right thing to do. His confidence, planning and professionalism was second to none…highlighting his prior military experience. He also cared, Charlie was in the pool hand digging certain parts of the excavation to ensure the pool was installed to his standard. If I had to build a pool again, I would definitely use Silver Oak Pools and I highly recommend them!
